Shipping policy

The cost and procurement of shipping returned items are the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend using a delivery verification service, or obtaining package insurance from the shipment provider, as we cannot guarantee receipt. 

Delivery timeframes will vary as will be determined by the specific delivery service provider, and subject to unforeseen conditions (weather, traffic events, etc.) dictating its logistical viability.  Nevertheless, we always aim to have an expeditious approach towards shipment and can typically be anticipated to take place within 4-7 days.
