Returns / Refunds
We apologize that your order did not work out. Your satisfaction is particularly important to us, and we will do our absolute best to rectify situations as is feasible. Unfortunately, due to the nature of print-on-demand (POD) ordering, articles are made to order, thus all sales are final. Nonetheless, CZT [CITI-ZEN-THEORY] offers a highly curated product, designed with genuine passion and heart, made with the utmost quality and care, thoughtfully packed and shipped expeditiously to facilitate delivery that is reasonably within the earliest possible timeframe.
- Only fundamental deviations from that which was ordered, subject to approval, will be considered for Return and Refund/Exchange. These deviations include the receipt of a wrong item or garment size, material product defects, and damage which can be clearly demonstrated to have occurred prior to confirmed delivery date.
- Prior to shipment of any returns, please email us at returns@CZT.rocks with a description of your issue. Upon consideration and approval for the return request, we will reply with our determination along with instructions on how to proceed. Failure to contact us before shipping your return may delay, and/or forfeit your exchange or refund.
- Notification of return request must be received within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Returns will be accepted and honored for refund/exchange only for items received within 30 days of shipment (except for gift cards and sale items). A proof of purchase must accompany all returns.
- In order to receive a refund, all tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused, or remain in no worse condition than that which was received.
- Any order deemed worthy of return shall be refunded to the customer for an amount equal to the original purchase price of the item being returned, either in full with the exception of the portion included for shipping (if paid for by the customer) or in full minus the cost of shipping (if provided for at the expense of CZT [CITI-ZEN-THEORY]), and will be applied as a credit to the payment method used to complete purchase.
- Once we have received and processed the return for all eligible items, we will notify you by email that a credit has been issued to the original payment account used at purchase. Please allow several days for the credit to appear in your account. All inquiries should be directed to your credit/banking Institution, as it may take several days for the credit to clear and post.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be honored for approved requests submitted for consideration within the guidelines for return request notification and return receipt requirements, as outlined in the Returns/Refunds section above (w/i 14 days and w/i 30 days, respectively). For items in your order that may have been received damaged or deemed defective, please contact us immediately at returns@CZT.rocks with a description of your concern, and we will reply with further instruction on how to proceed. Only legitimate claims for damage occurring prior to customer receipt will be considered for replacement
Shipping the Return
The cost of shipping returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a delivery verification service, or obtaining package insurance from the shipment provider, as we cannot guarantee receipt.
