At CZT [CITI-ZEN-THEORY], every piece is custom-crafted to order with genuine passion, quality care, and fast fulfillment. Because items are produced on demand, all sales are generally final.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right immediately.

POLICY SNAPSHOT

  • Return Window: Notice required within 14 days of delivery; returns received within 30 days of shipment. 
  • Qualifying Reasons: Damaged in transit, material product defects, or wrong item/size delivered. 
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Restocking Fees: $0 (No restocking fee). 
  • Refund Method: Original payment method.

1.  DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
     We will issue a full refund or free exchange if:

  • The item received has a manufacturing defect or physical damage.
  • The item or size delivered differs from what was ordered.

      To initiate a request:

  1. Contact us at returns@CZT.rocks within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos showing the issue/damage.
  3. Once approved, we will send step-by-step instructions for returning or replacing your item.

NOTE: Do not ship items back prior to receiving approval, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

2.  RETURN CONDITIONS 
     To be eligible for a refund or exchange on an approved claim: 

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required.
  • Non-refundable items: Gift cards and final sale promotional items.

3.  SHIPPING & REFUNDS 

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (processing times vary by financial institution). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
